Devon’s first Nashville Co-write was with Gerry House (Nashville Songwriter and Radio Icon) and Billy Dean (Artist/Songwriter) which resulted in a Ray Stevens cut. She is a regular co-writer with House who has had cuts by Hank Williams Jr., Trace Adkins, and a No.1 song by George Strait (The Big One) which has been on three George Strait projects. Devon has also had songs recorded by Neal McCoy, Dolly Parton, Lee Ann Womack, Pam Tillis, and several comedy projects by Gerry House along with countless independent artists. She pitched songs for Gerry’s House Notes Music publishing company and learned the ‘art of the pitch’. Devon has written for publishing giants Bartholomew Music, Housenotes Music, Warner Chappell, Song Garden, Sony Music, and now her own company, Devon’s Farm Music ASCAP. Her BMI company is O’Day Chorale.
Dave is a country/folk/rock singer-songwriter. He co-wrote the No. 1 Billboard country music singles “Do You Believe Me Now” by Jimmy Wayne, “American Ride” by Toby Keith, and “Without You” by Keith Urban. He has also had songs recorded by Tim McGraw along with countless independent artists. As a producer, Dave co-produced and wrote several of the singles on the top-selling Jimmy Wayne album; he has produced the majority of his own albums and has just finished producing a project for artist George Shingleton. As a songwriter, Dave will have the first single from George’s album titled, Unforgiven. As an artist, Dave has managed to impress the Nashville Music Community and his many fans with the live shows he performs with his band, PANFISH, as well as with his wife, Kristen Lee. Dave currently has a publishing deal with 30 Tigers Publishing and will be releasing his seventh studio album soon.
Brian received noteworthy recognitions for his band The Henningsens by Country Weekly and Billboard for TOP Christmas album. The band also had a top 20 and top 30 single on the music charts. As a songwriter, Brian (along with son, Aaron and daughter, Clara) has had 11 songs recorded by The Band Perry. Other artists who have recorded their songs include Billy Carrington, Sara Evans and Wynonna Judd. Brian is a great singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.
Brent Anderson is described by his co-writers as a “creative force”- a songwriter that can play anything, sing anything, and write anything – and he’s just getting started. Anderson relocated to Nashville and landed his first publishing deal when he was only 15 years old. In 2009, he signed with Sea Gayle Music Publishing and has since had cuts with Brad Paisley, Tyler Farr, Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Maddie & Tae, The Cadillac Three, Danielle Bradbery, and Randy Rogers Band. His credits also include the #1 hit “Lonely Tonight” by Blake Shelton featuring Ashley Monroe and other singles, “Getting Over You” (Jackie Lee), “Cold Beer With Your Name On It” (Josh Thompson) and “Callin’ Me When I’m Lonely” (Sheryl Crow). As a producer, Brent’s credits include Chris Jansen, CJ Solar as well as several other upcoming project releases for Warner Brothers including the breakthrough hit “Buy Me A Boat”.
